How to Start a Dungeon in Project Mirror Labyrinth

Start a Project Mirror Labyrinth dungeon through TAB and Play or the NO ENTRY gate, then troubleshoot menus, teleports, input, and maintenance.

Project Mirror Labyrinth’s official Roblox description provides two ways to start a dungeon: press TAB and choose Play, or interact with the NO ENTRY gate in the lobby. Roblox’s public places record confirms a separate place named Labyrinth within the same Universe. Use the official experience for entry rather than opening a copied place or an unverified teleport link.

Official: TAB → Play and the NO ENTRY gate are the published entry routes. Controllers are not supported, and the developer warns of Tuesday maintenance at roughly 2:00 P.M. without naming a time zone.

Method 1: TAB and Play

Join the official Project Mirror Labyrinth experience and wait for the lobby interface to finish loading. Press TAB once. Find Play in the menu and select it once, then allow the server time to respond. Follow any party, loadout, confirmation, or destination prompt that the current version presents.

Do not repeatedly press Play while a teleport is pending. Roblox may take time to move the player from the root place into the Labyrinth place, and repeated input can obscure whether the first request was accepted. Watch for a loading screen, disabled button, status message, or Roblox teleport error.

If TAB opens a different interface or the menu has no Play action, close it and try the lobby gate method. The official description names TAB but does not publish every keybind, menu position, or mobile equivalent; follow the current on-screen control hints.

Method 2: the NO ENTRY gate

In the lobby, find the gate marked NO ENTRY. Walk close enough for the interaction prompt to appear, then use the key, click, tap, or prompt action displayed by the current client. The public description confirms the gate as an alternative start path but does not specify its exact location, interaction key, or whether a confirmation follows.

Wait for the same kinds of feedback as the Play route: a prompt, party state, loading screen, or teleport status. If no prompt appears, move away and approach again after the lobby finishes loading. Switch to keyboard and mouse if a controller is connected, because the experience explicitly says controllers are not supported.

The gate route is useful when the menu is not responding, but it does not prove that every teleport problem is a menu problem. Both methods can depend on the same destination or server availability.

Check maintenance and server state

The official description says update and maintenance occur every Tuesday around 2:00 P.M. but does not state a time zone. Do not convert that time using an assumed location. Check the live experience page, group announcements, server availability, and any in-game message when entry fails near Tuesday.

Maintenance can affect menus, teleports, destination servers, or data loading differently. If one entry route fails, trying the other once helps identify a local menu issue, but repeated retries will not fix a closed destination. Preserve the Roblox error code and exact UTC time when asking for help.

Outside maintenance, rejoin one official public server and repeat the steps in order. Avoid server-hopping in a loop because it makes it harder to distinguish a widespread service problem from one unhealthy server.

Confirm the destination

The official places record lists a place named Labyrinth inside Universe ID 9219838330. Players should normally reach it through the root experience’s Play action or lobby gate. A Roblox loading screen may show a different place ID while still remaining inside the verified Universe.

Do not trust a search result solely because it copies the game’s name or thumbnail. Begin from the official experience URL and let its own teleport flow choose the destination. Never paste browser cookies, execute unknown scripts, or join a private link offered as a way around normal progression or maintenance.

After arrival, wait for the run interface to load before selecting a route or card. The Labyrinth guide explains how to make decisions without assuming a fixed map.

Mobile and keyboard notes

The official description gives a keyboard TAB route and a world interaction route. It does not publish a complete mobile control list. On touch devices, use the current menu button or gate interaction the game presents; do not assume a keyboard-only label must exist. If the UI is clipped, reset Roblox’s interface scale or device orientation using normal client settings, then rejoin rather than using third-party overlays.

Controllers are explicitly unsupported. Even if Roblox menus react, dungeon-specific actions may not. Use keyboard and mouse on a compatible device before reporting missing controls. The Controls guide separates official input facts from community-reported keybinds and live prompts.

Entry mistakes to avoid

Using a copied game

Start from the official Place ID 116276659864007. Similar titles and thumbnails do not prove Universe ownership.

Spamming Play

Select once and watch for feedback. Repeated input can hide the first teleport state or create confusing errors.

Guessing a maintenance zone

The official notice gives a Tuesday time without a zone. Use live availability and timestamp any error in UTC.

Testing with a controller

The experience says controllers are unsupported. Confirm the same action with keyboard and mouse.

Paying for access

No reviewed source says a normal dungeon entry requires an outside payment. Use only Roblox's official purchase flow for shown products.

Assuming progress was lost

If teleport failed, rejoin and inspect the lobby or results state. Public sources do not define recovery for every interruption.

Start a dungeon FAQ

How do I enter a Project Mirror Labyrinth dungeon?

Press TAB and choose Play, or interact with the NO ENTRY gate in the lobby. Both are official published methods.

Why does TAB not open Play?

Wait for the lobby to load, close text input, use a supported keyboard, then try the NO ENTRY gate. Maintenance or a stale server can also affect entry.

What time is Tuesday maintenance?

The developer says roughly 2:00 P.M. but does not give a time zone. Check current announcements and availability rather than assuming a conversion.

Can I use a controller?

The official experience description says controllers are not supported.
